Welcome to our family-friendly newly (May 2022) renovated country house that accommodates up to 14 guests, offering breathtaking views over the Wutach Gorge. This spacious house spans approximately 230 square meters and is lovingly furnished in a cozy atmosphere with abundant wood and modern comforts. Are you a big family or friends? Then our country house is perfect for a relaxing family vacation as it provides ample space and privacy for everyone across its 3 floors. The space One special feature of our house is the presence of 2 well-equipped kitchens on 2 different floors, which contribute to a comfortable coexistence. On each of our 3 floors, you will find a spacious, daylight-flooded bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and separate shower. The bathroom on the ground floor (NEW in 2022) features a floor-level shower but no bathtub. The Landhaus Alpenpanorama offers a total of 4 spacious bedrooms for 10 people. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a large 55-square-meter living/sleeping area for 4 people, featuring a cozy couch, tile stove fireplace, and a dining table with seating for 4 people. Adjacent to it, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, ceramic hob, and oven, as well as a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stand mixer, immersion blender, kitchen scale, egg cooker, plates, cutlery, cutting knives, and more. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. On the 2nd floor, you will find a separate living unit with a bright and spacious living/dining area of approximately 35 square meters, furnished in a stylish ambiance. The dining area can accommodate shared meals at a beautiful wooden table for 6 people, while the living area offers comfortable hours on the couch or in front of the television. A desk and chair are also provided, as we understand that some work may need to be done, but even then, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Hochschwarzwald (Black Forest) with us. Adjacent to the living/dining area, you'll find the second fully equipped open kitchen (NEW in April 2022) with a dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, ceramic hob, and oven, as well as a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stand mixer, immersion blender, kitchen scale, egg cooker, plates, cutlery, cutting knives, and more. On this floor, there are two spacious bedrooms among the four bedrooms in total. One bedroom is furnished with a cozy, wood-carved double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, along with bedside reading lights, a wardrobe, an armchair, and blackout blinds (sleeping space for 2 people). The second bedroom is equipped with two beds measuring 140 x 200 cm, a wardrobe, a sofa, and blackout blinds (sleeping space for 4 people). There is a spacious daylight bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, washbasin with base cabinet, open shelf, and separate shower is located opposite the bedrooms. The 4 bedrooms are spread over 2 floors (1st and 2nd floor). As we care about our guests' relaxation, the beds are equipped with new high-quality mattresses and slatted frames, and the pillows and duvets (155x220) are suitable for allergy sufferers. 2 additional bedrooms are on the 1st floor: One of the bedrooms is furnished with a cozy wooden double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and blackout blinds. (Sleeping accommodation for 2 people) The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), bedside tables, and blackout blinds. (Sleeping accommodation for 2 people). Adjacent is a spacious, daylight-flooded bathroom with a toilet, bidet, bathtub, separate shower, and washbasin. Even for entertainment on rainy days, provisions have been made: in addition to books, a game collection, and Netflix, there are also toys for the little ones. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, NETFLIX. The outdoor area has a seating area where you can enjoy the magnificent view over the Wutach Gorge and simply unwind. Parking is available at the house. Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house. Pets are not allowed. Our house is an absolute non-smoking house. Regenerate response Guest access Our guests have access to the entire rural house "Alpenpanorama" of 230 square meters, as well as the property and parking spaces. Excluded are only 2 private rooms on the first floor, as well as the basement, which are not included in the 230 square meters. Other things to note Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. A notification of the approximate arrival time in advance would be very helpful for the host. The tourist tax must be paid upon arrival: €3,00/adult/night and €1.80/child from 6 years/night.
