Welcome to Gîte Le Vallon Cottage***, in the heart of the Pays de Broceliande. 300 m2 cottage - 7 bedrooms - 13 beds - 20 sleeping accommodations - 120 m2 living room - 100 m2 covered area for fun - 7000 m2 of greenery - Jacuzzi - Swimming pool - Beach cabin - 60 m2 Barnum, and various games - English pub with American pool table - Patio with wisteria in the large wooded park - Wooden cabin - Swings and lots of other surprises! The space After several years of creation, I hope this rare site will enchant you! More than a large house, it is a Leisure Park that I wanted to create through these 3000 m2 of greenery to experience moments of games, leisure, fun, relaxation for young and old! Indeed, I designed this gîte to receive young and old, families and friends, within several universes so that you feel good there! On vacation: a guaranteed change of scenery! With this beautiful rental experience, these beautiful encounters, many came to visit the Château de Josselin, the Broceliande Forest, the Lac au Duc, the beaches... and many were content to enjoy the tranquility of this area while taking full advantage of the large offer of relaxation and leisure space. Indeed, this cottage, composed of two semi-detached houses (one with red shutters and the other with green shutters), has 20 beds thanks to its 7 bedrooms (7 double beds + 4 single adult beds + 2 extra beds for children on request + 1 baby bed with all the necessary childcare). I paid great attention to the bedding because I believe that sleeping well is part of the vacation. In addition to 7 bedrooms, you will have 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers or bathtub. In one of the bathrooms you will have a washing machine available. Having often rented cottages, I have often been disappointed by the small living spaces to accommodate large groups. That's why I wanted you to have 120 m2 of living space: a small cozy living room of 20 m2 composed of hundreds of books, sofas, armchairs, tables, 109 cm TV, red cast iron stove with wood available overlooking the chapel; a small kitchen of 15 m2 composed of electric oven, fridge freezer; a small dining room of 20 m2 with a beautiful table and 6 velvet chairs, two beautiful wingback Chesterfield armchairs overlooking the wooded garden; a small office of 10 m2 with toys and board games in the red shutter cottage! And in the house with green shutters, rest assured, everything has been planned to accommodate all guests thanks to its large modern kitchen of 30 m2 bright thanks to its large bay window, with a single table of 20 seats, composed of a beautiful gas cooktop and a SMEG electric oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and numerous dishes and utensils (2 scrapers, coffee makers etc...). Next to this kitchen, through a large 2 m opening, is a large living room with blue beams of 40 m2 with many armchairs and sofas arranged around the beautiful green cast iron stove (wood available) and its large 146 cm plasma screen! In short, with these almost 300 m2 you will not be on top of each other in this cozy cottage where all the furniture has been, for pleasure, patiently bargain-hunted for two years. It's clear that you'll be transported to my world and I hope you'll enjoy it! This cottage has 1000 m2 of adjoining garden, fully enclosed for the safety of your children. In these gardens, a huge 50 m2 terrace will accommodate the whole group around its living room. There is also a 12 m2 room totally devoted to the 3-seater Jacuzzi (made of high quality wood) with a spot light atmosphere at night around its minibar and professional massage table! Rest and relaxation guaranteed! From May to September or April to October depending on the Breton sun, a beautiful 4 m diameter by 1.20 m high swimming pool will be installed on its small terrace. With its solar bubble cover, its many fries and buoys I assure you that children or big children you will all go to refresh or have fun! Not far from this pool, two barbecues will be at your disposal, as well as in a room of the vacation rental, all the necessary deckchairs, Chileans, parasols, cushions, chairs and garden tables. And above all, given that in Brittany the beach is never very far (in the middle, 1 hour from the south and north coasts), for the warm season, to entertain your children, a beach hut – Royan model tent – blue and white striped will be installed, with its sandbox and all its toys to make beautiful castles. Imagine the sea and dive into the pool! Adjacent to the cottage, less than 50 m away, opposite, you can enjoy the 6000 m2 of greenery to unwind in the heart of the chapel estate and my large fully wooded park. In times of heat waves: it's divine! In this park you will find a large 60 m2 barnum installed year-round. Inside, a multitude of games (foosball, mini-billiards, multi-game table, ping-pong...), toys (lots of trucks, cars, dolls, scooters, balls, workbench, rackets...), exercise bike... As well as in this park: swing, slide, wooden cabin... Next to this barnum, a 20 m2 room with an English Pub atmosphere with its American pool table and green opaline suspension... with service and bar counters with fridge, microwave, coffee machine... Cozy atmosphere for beautiful evenings with friends! Finally, adjoining, a patio with its wisteria that soon envelops it to bring back bucolic freshness. In short, this park, its gardens, its attractions will keep you busy from morning to night!
