Welcome to Gîte Le Vallon Cottage***, in the heart of the Pays de Broceliande. 300 m2 cottage - 7 bedrooms - 13 beds - 20 sleeping accommodations - 120 m2 living room - 100 m2 covered area for fun - 7000 m2 of greenery - Jacuzzi - Swimming pool - Beach cabin - 60 m2 Barnum, and various games - English pub with American pool table - Patio with wisteria in the large wooded park - Wooden cabin - Swings and lots of other surprises! The space After several years of creation, I hope this rare site will enchant you! More than a large house, it's a Loisir Park that I wanted to create through these 3000m2 of greenery to experience moments of play, leisure, fun, relaxation for young and old! Indeed, I designed this cottage to accommodate young and old, families and friends, within several universes so that you feel good! On vacation: a guaranteed change of scenery! With this great rental experience, these beautiful encounters, many came to visit the Château de Josselin, the Forêt de Broceliande, the Lac au Duc, the beaches... and many were content to enjoy the tranquility of this estate while taking full advantage of the large offer of space for relaxation and leisure. Indeed, this cottage composed of two semi-detached houses (one with red shutters and the other with green shutters) has 20 beds thanks to its 7 bedrooms (7 double beds + 4 single adult beds + 2 extra children's beds on request + 1 cot with all the necessary childcare). I paid close attention to the bedding because I believe that sleeping well is part of the vacation. In addition to 7 bedrooms, you will have 3 baths with walk-in showers or bathtub. In one of the bathrooms you will have a washing machine available. Having often rented cottages, I have often been disappointed by the small size of living spaces to accommodate large groups. That's why, I wanted you to have 120m2 of living room: a small cozy living room of 20m2 composed of hundreds of books, sofas, armchairs, tables, TV 109cm, red cast iron stove with wood available overlooking the chapel; a small kitchen of 15m2 composed of electric oven hobs, fridge freezer; a small dining room of 20m2 with a beautiful table and 6 velvet chairs, two beautiful chesterfield ear chairs overlooking the wooded garden; a small desk of 10m2 with toys and board games in the cottage with red shutters! And in the house with green shutters, rest assured, everything has been planned to accommodate all the guests thanks to its large modern kitchen of 30 m2 bright from its large bay, with a unique 20-seater table, composed of a beautiful gas cooking piano and an electric SMEG oven, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and many dishes and utensils ( 2 squeees, coffee makers etc... ). Next to this kitchen, through a large 2m opening, a large living room with blue beams of 40m2 with many armchairs and sofas arranged around the beautiful green cast iron stove (wood provided) and its large 146cm plasma screen! In short, with almost 300 m2, you will not be on top of each other in this cozy cottage where all the furniture has been patiently collected over two years. It is clear that you will be transported to my world and hope you enjoy it! This cottage has 1000 m2 of adjoining garden, completely enclosed for the safety of your children. In these gardens, a huge 50m2 terrace will accommodate the whole group around its living room. There is also a 12 m2 room totally dedicated to the 3-seater Jacuzzi (in high quality wood) with a bright spot atmosphere at night around its minibar and professional massage table! Relaxation and unwinding guaranteed! From May to September or from April to October depending on the Breton sun, a beautiful 4m diameter swimming pool by 1.20 m high will be installed on its small terrace. With its solar bubble cover, its many fries and buoys, I assure you that children or big children will all go to cool off or have fun! Not far from this pool, two barbecues will be at your disposal, as well as in a room of the cottage, everything you need for deckchairs, deckchairs, parasols, cushions, chairs and garden tables. And above all, given that in Brittany the beach is never very far away ( in the middle 1 hour from the south and north coasts) , for the hot season, to entertain your children, a beach cabin - Royan model tent - blue and white strip will be installed, with its sandbox and all its toys to make beautiful castles. Imagine the sea and be immersed in the swimming pool! Adjacent to the cottage, less than 50m away, opposite, you can take advantage of the 6000m2 of greenery to let off steam within the chapel estate and my large totally wooded park. In times of heat waves: it's divine! In this park you will find a large 60m2 barnum installed all year round. Inside a multitude of games ( foosball, mini-bolt, multi games table, ping pong... ) , toys ( full of trucks, cars, dolls, scooters, balloons, bench, snowshoes... ) , apartment bikes... As well as are present in this park: swing, slide, wooden cabin... Next to this barnum, a 20 m2 English Pub atmosphere with its American billiards and green opaline suspension... with sideboard and bar counters with fridge, microwave, coffee machine.... Cozy atmosphere for beautiful evenings with friends! Finally adjoining, a patio with its wisteria that wraps it up soon to bring back bucolic freshness. In short, this park, its gardens, its attractions will occupy you from morning to night!
