RARE PRIVATE BEACH ~Welcome to Pirate's Perch at Costa del Sol C-7! This is directly on your own private beach and offers casual elegance and the most beautiful views on the Emerald Coast. Our home is centrally located in Miramar Beach and easy walking distance to world-famous Pompano Joe's and Whale's Tail. In addition, there's amazing restaurants, golf and shopping located nearby. You have private access to our beautiful sugar white sand and breathtaking sunsets without a crowded beach. The space 2 Story townhome directly on your private owned beach. You have two assigned parking spaces directly in front of front door. Upon entering the front door you will look directly out onto the beautiful emerald waters of Miramar Beach. The main floor includes a well appointed kitchen, living room with smart television, sofa (pullout that sleeps two) with two occasional chairs, powder room, and a family dining table seating up to 8 guests. Doors open directly onto covered deck overlooking the water, as well, as stairs leading down to the beach. There is an outside shower and chairs and umbrellas for use during your stay. Two bedrooms are located upstairs on the second level. The master bedroom showcases a new tempurpedic mattress with dresser, bedside tables, coffee bar, and television. This bedroom has two closets, one of which holds a washer/dryer combo. The master suite opens directly onto your own balcony overlooking the beach and has two adirondack chairs for you to relax and enjoy your morning coffee! There is a private bathroom located in the master suite. A second bedroom hosts two full sized beds, along with a bedside table and dresser. Directly outside this room is the second bathroom. Other things to note Chairs and umbrellas are available during stay. Beach towels are NOT provided. Please bring your own beach towels! Tents/canopies are strictly prohibited and will not be allowed on our property during the stay. All 3 televisions are FireTV smart televisions. Be prepared to log in to your own favorite streaming services available through FireTV app. There are two assigned parking spaces. No oversized trucks, trailers, or campers allowed. There is no visitor or overflow parking on premises. Parking is monitored closely and does require a parking pass. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed at expense of vehicle owner. This property has active monitoring cameras in the parking lot and rear beach boardwalk for security of the HOA. Our home is a smoke-free (including vapes and marijuana) residence inside home and on decks. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. We include complimentary starter set of paper towels, toiletries, and bathroom/bedroom linens. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED - PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN. This property is PET-FREE and not allowed by HOA or insurance! Please note if any person is found to have a pet in our home or on the property, we will ask you to leave immediately and you will forfeit your stay. ID and signed Reservation Confirmation is required for all bookings. Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation if Reservation Confirmation is not signed within 48 hours. Guests will be subject to the terms of Airbnb refund policy. You must disclose total amount of guests prior to arrival and not exceed stated occupancy of reservation at any time. If the occupancy changes it is the guest responsibility to inform the owner. Our beachfront is for our registered guests only. Outside guests are not permitted in our home, nor on our beachfront, without prior approval from owner. This is a no-tolerance policy. If your party is over reservation occupancy as stated on reservation, expect to be evicted with no refund of rent or deposit. We ask that all guests refrain from cooking highly seasoned foods that may result in odors lingering throughout property. If odor remediation is necessary due to lingering odors a property damage claim will be filed and additional fees will be applied to your stay, including, but not limited to, no refund of your deposit. Guests are required upon departure to a) empty refrigerator, b) place all trash in outside trash can, c) start dishwasher, d) rinse all beach chairs and umbrellas and place on hooks on lower deck, e) lock all doors.
