Cleaning service available for weekly and monthly stay (fee is $95). For stays of 4 weeks duration or longer, a mid stay cleaning is required ($95 fee added at confirmation) and will be arranged at your convenience. Other things to note Our full time housekeeping team keeps each and every one of our properties sparkling clean for your arrival. We stock olive oil, salt and pepper, whole bean coffee and creamer in all our units. We also provide enough body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels for 3-4 days as well as a few Tide pods for 2-3 loads of laundry and a few dishwasher tabs. For stays of a week or longer guests are asked to provide their own toiletries and other supplies. Football home games are slightly crazy in the neighborhood, street parking spots are stalked by fans. If you park on the street and leave before the game your spot will likely be gone if you return before the end of the game.
