Our entire home is 2,073 sq. ft. and is family and kid friendly with books and board games to choose from and enjoy time with your family or friends. Please do not pick fruit trees, except mango fruits if additional $50 has been paid. KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, coffee maker, dishware, microwave, conventional oven, spices, toaster, breakfast bar w/ seating GENERAL: Free WiFi, keyless entry, complimentary toiletries, linens & towels, in-unit washer & dryer, starter laundry detergent, central air conditioning, hair dryer, iron/board, trash bags & paper towels FAQ: 4 external security cameras including ring camera (facing out), step-free access PARKING: Driveway (4-5 vehicles) Guest access Guests can access all areas, except the storage pantry facing the front door at the entry way, the garage, and the boat lift. Please sign a liability wave before booking to use boat lift. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Take your shoes off when entering the house. No shoes except in door sandals that are worn inside are allowed. -A child must have his/her/their life vest on and be accompanied by an adult at all times when on the pool deck or at the dock area. -Please clean after yourself, wash the dishes, and take the trash out at check out. -Additional $50 charge for dishwashing if dishes left unclean. -Additional $50 charge for use of grill. -Additional $100 charge for use of boat lift. -Additional $50 charge for picking our mangoes. Please do not pick fruit trees except, mangoes if you pay the additional $50. -Any damages to property or amenities will be charged to guests NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is located on the pool unit side of the house. Camera 2 is located on the doorbell facing the front entry. Camera 3 is located on top of the front door. Camera 4 is located on the AC unit side of the house. Another camera will be installed at the lanai facing the dock. These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay.
