There is one step up to enter through the villa door. There is one step down to get from inside the villa out to the lanai and pool area. There is one step to get down from in the house into the garage. The master bedroom has a shower seat and sturdy grip to step over an approximate 8” lip. Bed Dimensions Single beds - 36" wide x 71" long King bed - 75" wide x 80" long ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: Warming the pool is $35 per day plus 6% FL sales tax. The minimum purchase is for 3 consecutive days. Just mention you'd like to purchase it in your booking request. This feature removes the chill from the water to make swimming in the cooler months more pleasant. It reaches a maximum of 86F and shuts off automatically between the hours of 8pm and 8am. FOOD & DRY GOODS: Due to Florida health regulations, this villa does not provide condiments like salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, oil, etc.... We provide 6 K-cups and individual sugar packets for your first morning’s coffee. We also provide "starter" dry supplies such as a roll of toilet paper, a dishwasher tablet, and a trash bag. You will need to bring your own or get some from the store after you’ve used the initial amount. In the bathroom you’ll find hotel mini soaps and shampoos, and a first aid kit with some multi-skin tone band-aids. Please send me a message if you have any questions about what's provided upon arrival. Guest access I will send you an email about 1 week to 1 month before your arrival with your own personal community gate code and villa front door code. Because you have your own codes, you don't have to meet anyone upon arrival to check-in. Come at your leisure! Check-out is anytime before 10am. Other things to note Pool heat is an optional extra at $35 per day plus FL sales tax. It is available year round excluding June, July and August. 3 consecutive-days minimum for the pool heat. Please mention in a message if you'd like to add pool heat to your booking and Erin will send you an addition money request via Airbnb before your stay.
