Please review the house rules for terms of the Rental Agreement. - Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies. - The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 12 adults plus 4 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted. - The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted. - Access to the NPOA is $5.00 per person, per visit. - This residence does not have A/C. - Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 and 27 is 5pm. - Check-in 4PM/Checkout 10AM - No pets - No smoking Placer County STR Permit #STR22-4237 You will have use of the entire residence.
