Well-located villa in Provence, 115 m² with pool

Bright living room and pleasant garden. At the exit of a charming small Provencal town, the house is located in a quiet residential area. Close to several cities to visit (Cassis, Marseille, Aix en Provence, La Ciotat...), and nearby walks possible. 1 cat to take care of (mostly water) and turtles (a few salad leaves will be enough). ATTENTION: a building has been built in front of the garden, but construction has been stopped since December 2023 (photo on request) The space 2 single beds in children's bedrooms (mezzanines), 1 double bed (master bedroom) + 1 sofa bed in the living room for up to 2 additional guests. Guest access Access to the desktop computer prohibited, otherwise the whole house, garden and pool are accessible and privatized.
