Well-located villa in Provence, 115 m² with pool

Bright living room and pleasant garden. At the exit of a charming little Provencal town, the house is located in a quiet residential area. Close to several cities to visit (Cassis, Marseille, Aix en Provence, La Ciotat...), and nearby walks possible. 1 cat to take care of (mainly water) and turtles (a few lettuce leaves will suffice). ATTENTION: a building has been built in front of the garden, but construction has been stopped since December 2023 (photo on request) The space 2 single beds in children's rooms (mezzanines), 1 double bed (parental room) + 1 sofa bed in the living room for up to 2 additional guests. Guest access Access to the desktop computer is prohibited, otherwise the entire house, garden and swimming pool are accessible and privatized. Other things to note As the pool is not safe for young children, we only accept children from 6 years of age. We prefer to prioritize safety. Thank you for understanding.
