Any damage or mess caused during your stay may result in penalties. • The minimum age to rent is 21, and the primary guest must remain onsite for the duration of the booking. • Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings, as well as the actions of anyone they invite. This includes any damages or injuries that may occur. • We are not responsible for items left behind, so please double-check before leaving to ensure you’ve packed everything. • For commercial photography or filming, proof of both workers’ compensation and general liability insurance is required.
