Smith’s grocery store is 1 mile away in Heber. We are 13.6 miles to Park City, 8 miles to the Deer Crest gondola and 7 miles to Midway. You enter the house thru the front door then go downstairs to the basement. You have the walkout basement of our house which includes a family room. There is a coffee maker, a microwave and a fridge and a toaster. No kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, those who love mountain biking, hiking and skiing! This is our walkout basement which is the entire lower level of the home. This includes the entire lower level: 3 bedrooms and living room with a small pool table/ping pong table combo. You are also invited to enjoy the patio outside the sliding glass doors. There is digital antenna TV and X box. There is currently construction taking place behind our home. You can easily enter the house through front door then go downstairs. There is a door separating the basement from upstairs so the space is completely private. When weather permits, access from the back of the house is a possibility. You can come in and out through the sliding glass doors. We are happy to give you info about our beautiful valley. You walk in the front door of house then turn left and proceed downstairs and open the door on the right. Residential. It's an easy 50 mile drive from the airport, all highway. If the weather is clear it's about an hour from SLC. 20 min to Main Street Park City. You will need a car. There is no public transport. We have had guests who have used Uber and Lyft but there are no restaurants or grocery stores that you can easily walk to from our home. This is the lower level of our home so if we are home you may hear us walking around.
