The estuary offers beautiful walks and hikes between land and sea. 200m away: GR34, bike trails and a greenway that crosses the peninsula. Ports, beaches, chapels, gardens, markets, a permaculture farm, and an open-air café in the summer. Complete guide in English, German, Dutch, and French. The space This is our vacation home. We renovated and equipped it as if it were for ourselves, in an ecological and responsible manner, with quality, second-hand items made in France, or even in Brittany. It is on one level in a quiet environment. It consists of a 30 m² living room with kitchen-living-dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed + one with 2 single beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a courtyard, a private enclosed garden and a parking space. No TV. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a connected hi-fi system (Bluetooth, MP3 and 4) as well as a selection of CDs, board games and books on the history of Tréguier, the sea and Brittany for all ages. All linens are provided. A washing machine with laundry detergent, laundry rack, iron, hair dryer, baby chair, garden furniture, sunbeds, barbecue and many other accessories are at your disposal. The house is equipped with a wood burning stove and electric heaters with adjustable thermostat. The accommodation is cool during hot weather thanks to the 80 cm stone walls. New ventilation ensures good air quality throughout the house. Please leave the house as clean as when you arrived (products are available for you) If you don't want to clean, we're asking for a flat fee of €50. Ability to order wood before check-in (€8.90 per 30 liter bag). Wooden bags are available at some nearby stores. Guest access The house is entirely reserved for you, as well as a parking space. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. We advise you to arrange transportation during your stay, as the peninsula is large. Other things to note You can walk to Tréguier by a walkway spanning the Guindy to discover its cathedral, alleys, Ernest Renan museum, bookstore/tea room, shops and the port. We are fortunate to have a permaculture farm at the top of the street that offers a market and an open-air café with musicians and crepes and galettes on Wednesday evenings from June to September. In addition to the remarkable sites nearby, such as the Plougrescant karst spring, Port Blanc, Buguélès, Pors Hir, Trestel, and the gardens of Kerdalo and Pélineuc, there are others not very far away, such as Ploumanach, Trégastel, Île Grande (with a bird sanctuary), the Sillon du Talbert, Paimpol, Île de Bréhat, and the 7 islands... A full set of documents on the places we want you to discover is waiting for you on site, as well as at the Tréguier Tourist Office.
