Swimming pool, miniature golf, tennis court, bike trails in the village The space DESCRIPTION: VACATION APARTMENT with birch bunk bed for the children The spacious, light-flooded apartment with approx. 85 sqm of living space is located on Sommerbergweg 2 on the 2nd floor, accessible via an external staircase with a separate entrance and a spacious terrace, which can be used as a sun terrace and play corner. From the terrace you can easily reach the hallway and kitchen area from there into the open dining and living room. The spacious Black Forest bedroom was lovingly made with white fir wood and the children's room has a great bunk bed made of birch wood. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests (2 adults + 3 children, in bunk bed + extra bed). The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished and offers everything for a relaxing vacation. The sun terrace has a solar hot tub that can be shared over the summer, subject to availability. The large children's climbing playground is just a few meters from the house. For this, the municipality of Baiersbronn charges a tourist tax of €3/night/person. These costs are passed on by the landlord to the municipality.
