The bathrooms are next and may or may not be remodeled by the time you rent my home, depending on when you rent it. There is a nice little sunroom off the side of the house for enjoying springtime mornings and evenings, It is enclosed, but not temperature-controlled. There are three good sized bedrooms, and two bathrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is tastefully decorated for your relaxation and convenience. There are televisions in every room and internet is provided. There is a large deck off the back of the house. Great for cooking out on the grill we provide for our guests. We provide off street parking in the front of the house and on the side. We do not allow parking in the driveway next door (we also own that house, but that driveway is for those guests) Guest access Guests have the entire house to themselves. The house is accessed via a smart lock with a special code per guest. There is a smart lock on the front and back door of the house. Guests DO NOT have access to the basement. Housekeeping uses the basement for laundry and storage of supplies and may be in and out of the basement from time to time. If a guest needs to store something, ask me. There are no other residents on property at any time except the person(s) booking this reservation. You must have a valid government-issued ID to enter the property. Other things to note You must have at least three consecutive 5-star Airbnb reviews to rent this property. A copy of your government-issued ID is required prior to occupancy. If you are between the ages of 18-21, you will be required to pay a $2500 damage deposit and sign a temporary lease agreement. For insurance, only the tenants on this reservation are allowed to occupy the property or the premises for the duration of your reservation. We do not authorize any outside guests to visit or stay at the property without prior permission. Inviting outside guests to spend the night fall under “extra guests.” You are required to notify me to obtain authorization and to pay an extra guest fee. We do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings without prior permission. If you wish to use the backyard for a party or gathering, an event fee is required, and you are responsible for obtaining your own permits, including a temporary alcohol permit. staff and clean up. We used to allow family parties with guests, but unfortunately, the few ruin it for all as guests left the yard littered with streamers, plates, confetti, deflated balloons etc. so now I have a hard no parties without approval policy. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to consume alcohol on the property. No illegal activity is allowed on the property. The house may not be used for: - filming pornography - human trafficking - Growing, mixing, trafficking, using, or distributing illegal drugs. - discharging firearms anywhere on the property Guests are allowed to bring their dog (up to two dogs) upon approval. LATE CHECK-OUT: You must check out before 3:00 p.m. on your day of departure. All late check-outs must be preapproved. If you are not approved for a late checkout, you will be required to pay a half-day rental of $100.00 and must depart the premises by 6:00 p.m. If you do not depart by 6:00 p.m., your presence on the property will be considered trespassing.
