Bright 70sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 7 people, located on the 2nd floor of a renovated building with an elevator. The flat is located in a neighborhood equipped with every essential service, near the Villa Trabia and Giardino Inglese, and well served by public transport, being just 100 meters from the Notarbartolo station and a short distance from the bus stops for the center. *Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request* The space The inside is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven and toaster; - LIVING ROOM with dining table, double sofa bed, 40 "TV and split AC - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and desk - BEDROOM II with two singles joined in a double, open wardrobe and desk - BEDROOM III with single bed, bedside table and clothes hanger - BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and WC; - BALCONIES in all rooms except the single. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fiber), air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the bedrooms I and II, and in the living room), iron, clothesline and hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
