A spacious villa is located in the sleeping area of Ayia Napa.If you want peace and quiet, but to have all the facilities nearby,then this beautiful place is exactly for you.You don't need a car to reach the famous Nissi Beach which is only 15 min by walk or a city center which is 10 min by walk. Villa has private pool, all outside furniture and sunbeds,BBQ set.Kitchen includes all the facilities for cooking,Tv with satellite in the living room.Villa is 2 floor and all the bedrooms are upstairs. The space Just opposite the street there is a park for the kids to play. This 4 bedroom villa has 2 floor. In the first floor you will find fully equipped kitchen with dining table and 8 chairs, living room with 2 sofas (3seat)and 2 armchairs, TV with satellite chanels, guest toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, shower, toilet and another one with 2 single beds,shower,toilet), entrance to the terrase with swimming pool, dining area (table for 8 people), BBQ area and sunbeds. In the second floor you will find 2 more bedrooms. One has 4 single beds,shower and toilet and another one has 1 double bed,shower and toilet. There is 1 iron,1 hair dryer and 1 safebox in villa.Air conditioning system is installed in every room and bedroom. Guest access The whole property. Other things to note Perfect setting for larger families or friends holidaying together. It is comfortable stay for wedding crews as it is located near to all the wedding venue hotels. Villa Nissi Bay locates in a quiet area, only 5 minutes walking distance from Nissi Avenue, and 10 minutes from famous Nissi beach. Nissi Avenue offers all the necessary amenities, restaurants, souvenirs, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, etc. It also takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. It's difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. We will try to leave business cards from some of our favorites in the future, please feel free to do the same for future guests. In 2km away at the center of town, you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit. Up to Monastery you will find the famous bars and clubs street. 3km away romantic Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit place with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family.
