Be assured that attention is given to every detail for you. We are close to Bradenton, Sarasota, St.Pete, and Tampa. Directly on Terra-Ceia Bay where you watch Pelicans and other native birds as they sun and perch on our private backyard dock. You may even see dolphins playing! Bicycle, boat, kayak, paddle board rentals & lessons close by. The space Guest apartment with private entrance and access to the screened pool and sundeck attached to our house. This property is on sail boat waterfront water. No bridge to Tampa Bay & Gulf. Bedroom - Comfortable King " Westin" Heavenly mattress, sitting area with table/work area, couch, smart TV, High speed-secure Internet wi-fi. Bathroom - Private bathroom with walk in shower, spacious walk-in closet. Separate kitchenette area includes sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, fry pan, blender. Designed for light meals ex. small sink, no stove however an outdoor kitchen is provided by the pool for guest's use. Patio -Sceened seating area. Sidewalk to the pool half bath, and large sundeck Experience some of Florida's best sunsets from the deck - or a 30 minute drive south or north and you can visit several famous gulf coast sugar sand beaches. Guest access The sun-deck and pool as well as our boat dock are for your use. The apartment has it's own private entrance, sitting area, patio, and access to screened pool. Paved ramp walkway to dock and patio. We have beach chairs, towels and cooler to borrow and take to the beach. Also large towels for the pool and sun deck. We can heat the swimming pool for an additional $10/day the first day we charge$20. Please let us know if you wish a "heated pool". Other things to note This entire property is sparkling clean and fresh. Please, no smoking on the property. Kitchenette is well stocked. We also have an outside kitchen for your use.
