Other things to note. While we offer the fastest Wi-Fi speed available, it's essential to note that speeds and reliability at the mountain's base may be less consistent compared to the city. Due to this, Wi-Fi availability cannot be guaranteed. Guest access Guests have access to the whole 🏠 house Washer/Dryer, Firepit, and Hot Tub are in a shared space. Other things to note Our residence can host a maximum of two 🐕 dogs aged 2 years or older, subject to approval. Please include your pet's age and breed in your introductory message. A pet fee is applicable. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to accommodate guests with cats or other animals. Pets must be registered at the time of booking, and unregistered pets will incur a fee of $250. For those looking to enjoy our outdoor 🔥 fire pit, there are several locations in town where you can purchase firewood, including the firewood vending machine outside of Jacob’s Barber. Given our mountain location, power outages may occur. Typically lasting 2-3 hours, we provide flashlights and extra blankets for these situations. During power outages, cooking options are limited. Guests who choose to check out during a power outage will receive a refund of the nightly fee. For guests opting to maintain their reservation, the full booking amount will be charged. While we have the fastest internet available, you will find that reliability and speed at the base of the mountain is not the same as you may experience in the city. There is a large collection of DVDs, games, and an amazing hot tub to pass the time should the internet be out.
