Welcome to the Summer of George! It is a newer house (built in 2022) located just 1/2 mile from Hendrick's Creek Marina on Dale Hollow Lake, and just a short drive to the State Park with a beautiful golf course and full service restaurant over looking the lake. The house is great for one or two families. Plenty of beds for the adults and kids. Come enjoy a relaxed and peaceful setting. The space The main floor has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, TV, full bath and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, TV and large closet. The bathroom for this room is located right outside of the bedroom door and is shared with the main floor. It is a full bath with shower and tub. The lower level is the perfect area for the kids, including two sets of bunk beds (twin over full), living area with TV, full bathroom, and games. Enjoy the quiet setting while sitting on the front or back porch.
