We offer to you a pleasant stay in our 3 bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Federal hill-Historic Armory section of Providence (otherwise known as the west side). Great community; popular neighborhood. The west side neighborhood boasts as one of the tops in the city. You are a stone's throw away from so many local-owned shops and eateries, giving you an urban experience with a small-town feel. Come stay with us. The space This space is a second level 3 bedroom flat. There is a spacious eat-in kitchen with wonderful natural light. The front porch and back yard are great chill spots. The kitchen brings in a wonderful natural day light. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, plush pillows, and TV. Our eat-in kitchen is fully applianced. Each bedroom has its own secure electronic key-code door lock and is furnished with bed, bureau, nightstand, and smart TV. Ample-sized closets for storage. Guest access Guest shall have access to bedroom 1, bedroom 2, bedroom 3, the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. All apartment appliances are available for use: fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Please note: that only the 1st floor porch is accessible to Guests; the 2nd level balcony is not accessible to Guests.
