The house has four ensuite bedrooms each with a queen size bed. In addition there is a smaller bedroom on the main level that is outfitted with a very comfortable queen sized futon. That bedroom is not en-suite but there is a half-bath nearby. A large porch is at the front of the house, and a walkout deck is in the back. WE EXPECT OUR GUESTS WILL AGREE TO MAINTAIN A QUIET PEACEFUL NEIGHBORHOOD. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. The space This craftsman style home has 4 bedrooms with queen size beds (only 3 bedrooms are en-suite), 3 wonderful porches, and a fabulous back yard. The house is in a quiet family neighborhood, but its less than two blocks to a green grocer with great take out burritos, charming coffeeshop/cafe, and a dry cleaner. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, and all the condiments you need for a quick breakfast or a great family meal. Extra features inside include granite and stainless steel kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi, 2 HDTV viewing areas, Roku TV, and first floor powder room. There’s also a pull out single bed in one of the bedrooms for an extra guest. Outside you can enjoy the swing on the ample front porch, or one under the trellis in the back yard. Since this is our primary residence guests will notice personal belongings in the house which include family photos and clothing. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, the large front porch and the large rear deck and driveway. Provided with the house are sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, iron and ironing board and fully outfitted kitchen. OTHER AIRBNB LISTINGS ON THIS PROPERTY *An apartment is accessable off the rear deck. It has has no access to the house. In addition there is a cottage on the property well away from the house that is a separate Airbnb that is not included in this listing.
