Cooking Ware. Comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty on towels. Spacious private backyard: Lounge chairs, picnic table and Grill included. Beautiful pool (saltwater) with string lights to light the space. Amazing sunrise and sunset views! When in season please enjoy the fruit trees! Side note: No garage access. (Heating takes a good 12 hrs in colder months, will not need pool heated in summer months) Visible: Ring doorbell and above garage entry. Please no smoking anything inside the house. Penalty for smoking in house and for leaving trash or cigarette butts around the perimeter of house or lawn. No guests of guests- 6 max. If capacity or unauthorized guest arrive the person reserving listing will be charged inconvenience fee $500/ person and are subject to cancelation of reservation if exceeding.
