Charming stone house with quiet garden

Our house is a charming 90 m2 stone house located at the end of a small hamlet with no passage, on the edge of the woods. Absolute calm, unobstructed view (beautiful sunset over Puy de Dôme and Clermont Ferrand just 100 m from the house). Oriented South-South-West while remaining cool in summer, open to an enclosed garden and not overlooked, the house has all the comforts necessary for a rejuvenating vacation, facing nature. We spend almost every weekend there... The space on 2 levels, the house stays cool in summer thanks to the thick stone walls. - On the ground floor, the entrance overlooks the dining room equipped with a beautiful solid table, and serves the fully equipped kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, oven etc. a bathroom and toilet. - Upstairs, a large mezzanine is converted into a living room with a sofa and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 beds. The mezzanine serves a room serving as a TV room and extra sleeping area with a sofa bed convertible into a comfortable double bed. This room provides access to both bedrooms: a large master bedroom overlooking the garden with a comfortable double bed, a small bedroom with bunk bed + drawer bed and offering a view of the valley. It's the perfect room for kids. Outside: Adjacent and enclosed flat garden of 300 m2 with stone terrace, tables, umbrella, deckchairs and trampoline, charcoal barbecue. Ping pong table located in the open and covered outbuilding. On the other side of the road, another private plot allows you to have lunch at noon in the shade of a magnificent linden tree and park the car, and another plot below accessible by a small gate allows you to relax in the hammock in the shade of the apple trees. The outdoor environment is extremely quiet as the house is the second to last of the hamlet and the road. The path stops 20 m further to make room for hiking trails. So there's no traffic. Other things to note In all, the house has 8 beds: 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 trundle bed, a sofa bed. But we recommend staying with 6 people to enjoy a real living room.
