The Pointe de Pordic is located in a privileged natural environment (Goëlo cliffs, hiking and mountain biking trails, fishing, kayaking and sailing) and only three kilometers from the village which has all the amenities (bakery, butcher shop, press, media library, supermarket). The house offers an area of 160 m2 spread over three levels and an extension: On the ground floor, a large area includes a living room, dining room, veranda, kitchen and back kitchen with toilet. This space will ideally accommodate your family or friends around a large farmhouse table and in comfortable armchairs and sofa for relaxing days. On the first floor, a bathroom with toilet and three bedrooms have recent, quality and modular bedding (4 beds of 90 x 200 that can form 2 beds of 180 x 200 and a large bed of 180 x 200). On the second floor, you will find a small bedroom, a bathroom and an attic converted into a dormitory where the youngest can find games and books to entertain themselves. At night, 6 beds (90 x 200) will welcome them for quiet nights in a residential area. A maisonette offers extra space with a shower for beach returns and an attic equipped with a TV area and an extra bed. It also has a foosball table. With a sea view from the floors, the house is equipped for small children (barriers on the floors, changing table, baby chair) and has all the necessary household appliances. Outside, 300 m2 of land allow you to enjoy a green environment where the cries of seagulls resonate in the sea air. A south-facing courtyard with a stone extension of the country closes one side of this captain's house. You can sit in the small garden furniture to have an aperitif or coffee. a fenced garden is on the other side. A large picnic table and barbecue are at your disposal. The immediate surroundings offer many activities: Maritime: Plérin nautical center 2 km away or nearby beaches. Shuttles from Binic to the island of Bréhat.
