The Blue Cottage at North Lake has been completely refurbished with 2 main levels featuring a modern yet rustic lake house atmosphere. Our guests are surprised and elated at how clean/spotless we keep our cottage! NEW Fiber-optic Internet Speeds. The kitchen features new appliances and is well stocked. The large new deck is a great place to dine and absorb the beautiful sunsets. North Lake is a 65-foot deep, 132-acre spring-fed lake where water recreation is fun and easy with a nice sandy beach, clear water, a new dock, and many water toys including kayaks and paddle boards. A new Bennington Pontoon Boat is rentable. North Lake has great fishing with many bass, perch, and blue gill ready to strike your lure. Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit and two new large TVs offer additional nighttime entertainment in addition to star gazing from the pier. For families, a big bonus is that the kids can watch their TV shows and shut the downstairs door while the adults watch Netflix, Hulu, the Lions, or whatever :). Location: 35 minutes from Lake Michigan, 20 minutes from downtown Kalamazoo, and 15 minutes from Meijers. Lake Michigan resort towns such as South Haven, Saugatuck, and Holland are less than 1 hour away. Timber Ridge Ski Resort is 6 miles away.
