My condo is for minimum 7 days stay.. which you’ll enjoy and want to stay longer.. I make it a priority to give my guests an enjoyable stay! The condo is located in a serene gated community and is on the upper floor of two stories. There is ample parking, including a covered carport.WiFi, Cable TV in living room and Smart TV in the master bedroom. I welcome pets under 20 lbs providing they are potty trained. There will be extra pet fees. The space Close to downtown Palm Springs, with abundant choices for restaurant dining, entertainment, recreation. Also close to Palm Springs International Airport. Guest access Mesquite Country Club golf course (18 holes) is steps away. Tennis courts are steps away from the front door. Amazing pools to enjoy. We provide two rackets. We also provide two 21-speed bikes(upon request with additional fee). Other things to note I will be charging TOT tax 11.5% to all guests who book less than 28 days. I will be sending a payment request for the tax fee separately at 11.5% aside from the break down from the website. **********There will be extra charge for Electric during Cold and Hot Seasons of $250.00********** This is my home as well. I expect to see my guests to treat it like their own.
