Quaint house and cottage as a combo with privacy on serene Loon Lake. A full kitchen and bathrooms in each with amazing views, relaxing deck, lakefront patio, air conditioning, wifi and use of our private dock: two kayaks and a canoe. Just minutes from NYS parks to go hiking or tour the finger lakes wine country (Canandaigua, Keuka or Seneca Lakes). Corning & its Museum of Glass is 40 minutes, Rochester 60 (The Strong Museum of Play), Ithaca 85 Niagara falls 120 minutes. The space The house and cottage make it an ideal arrangement for a large family or friends. You get the best of both worlds to have comfortable living of a house while being right on the water. The patio and deck offer fun spaces to enjoy the lake. In previous years we rented each property separately. Our guests have asked us to combine the properties into one rental! The seaweed is cut and collected a few times each week. It is fun to watch this in action! Loon Lake is a kettle lake, formed by a glacier and has natural, fresh spring water. We have a guide book specific to the lake at both the house and cottage.
