It enjoys a prime location, close to all amenities within a 2-minute walk: bakery, butcher, grocery store, tobacco/press, florist, post office, etc. The 130m2 house is very quiet. It is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac, closed by an electric gate and allowing 2 vehicles to be parked there. It has a 6x3m heated swimming pool with salt filtration. The access is protected by Provençal-style wrought iron gates and a gate equipped with a security lock. The swimming pool is surrounded by an exotic wooden terrace that allows you to fully enjoy the sun thanks to its 4 sunbeds facing south. Close to the pool, a wide terrace covered by a Provencal pergola acts as an outside dining room. A large farmhouse table sits in the shade. A magnificent summer kitchen, equipped with a gas plancha, awaits you to enjoy barbecue moments in a friendly atmosphere. A grassed, flowered and wooded garden brings this touch of greenery essential to rest and well-being. It is equipped with a standing fan. - 1 bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. - 1 separate WC. We ask that you respect the premises and take care of it as if you were at home.
