Our villa offers a pleasant and relaxing place for families at an affordable price. Rent a private villa with a gorgeous swimming pool in a family-oriented residential neighbourhood. It has an excellent conservation view and outdoor space with a small pond. This home is in Eagle Point, Poinciana Blvd. in Kissimmee, near the Walt Disney World Resort. The space This spacious Villa has four bedrooms, so nobody has to sleep on the sofa bed. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate more than six guests in the Villa and do not allow visitors to stay overnight. We understand that sometimes you will have guests visiting you. Please let us know in advance if anybody will be visiting you for a short duration. We have an outside camera with recording to monitor the number of guests coming into the Villa. Sorry for the inconvenience, but for your safety and ours, we have implemented it. Also, please make sure you are checked out by 10 a.m. Guest access With your standard reservation, you will have access to the Pool. However, if you would like the pool heated, extra charges apply. Please let us know when booking if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Other things to note We take pride in providing a sanitized and clean home for each guest. Please inform the Host within 48 hours of arrival if there are any issues with the house cleaning. Any concerns raised after that period will not be entertained, and no money will be refunded. Please note that we only provide starter kits for Toilet tissue and other disposables. If you need extra disposables, please purchase your own.
