Welcome to one of the best coves on Lake Lanier--nice views on big, open cove. Bring your boat or just relax and swim off the dock. Delight in the lake view which is close and unobstructed--almost like you are on a boat. The walkway to the dock is only a few steps away. Large covered deck adjoining house makes a great place to watch lake action or have a meal or coffee. Part of deck is uncovered for anyone wanting to sit in the sun. The house was professionally renovated in 2021 and a primary king bedroom and bath added in 2025. This special lake retreat is convenient to Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Cumming, Dawsonville or Buford and not far from Dahlonega and other north Georgia attractions. We have two other vacation rentals on the lake that we rent (adjoining lots) # 427011 and #575552, so if you need more space please inquire about booking one of them as well. Our lake house is pet friendly for small dogs up to 20 pounds. The pet fee is $150. If you have a dog that is larger than 20 pounds, please message us prior to booking to see if we can approve.
