Our exclusive recently built apartment is located inside the Marina degli Aregai Port area, nearby the cycle path, facing the sea. The flat is ideal for 4 guests and is equipped with every comfort, with modern furnishings, and has a fabulous panoramic sea view and a private garden. A true oasis of peace to spend an unforgettable stay! The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Marina degli Aregai complex. The 56 square meters interior consists of a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with walk-in closet / closet, an entrance / hallway and bathroom. The view of the living room is entirely windowed and in addition to making the environment very bright it gives access to the very spacious outdoor area and to the beautiful English garden where you can enjoy the harbor view. The internal space is organized as follows: LIVING AREA with a queen sofa bed and the dining area; KITCHEN CORNER equipped with hob, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and various kitchen utensils; BEDROOM with a queen bed and wardrobe; CABIN WARDROBE / CLOSET BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC. PRIVATE GARDEN with a fabulous sea and harbor view, furnished with table, chairs and two deck chairs; CONDOMINIUM SWIMMING POOL available for the guests (from 15th of june till 15th of september) ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, air conditioning (2 split - in the bedroom and in the living room), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
