MIDMOD ON SIXTH: downtown-no cleaning/airbnb fee

If you’re looking for a kitschy, fun experience with real vintage decor, you’ve found it! This 60's insurance agency, turned midcentury modern house, is located 1/2 block to main street- walk to food, shopping & FHSU! There are two bedrooms, and one bathroom all on one floor (no stairs!) with a walk in shower and vintage blue sink. Kitchen with coffee, basic cooking supplies and farm fresh eggs. Cotton towels and sheets. Enjoy the vintage record player and radio and a madmen style bar set. Enjoy something different during your travels! Most of the furniture and items in the house are real vintage pieces. All bedding sets are new and the sheets are 100% cotton so you sleep cool and comfortable. Each bedroom has a closet with extra blankets and an extra pillow. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies, coffee, creamer and coffee maker. We have real vintage dishes for your use but also provide more modern dish options if you prefer. We also provide plastic ware for kids. Enjoy the cotton towels and provided makeup towels and in shower wash cloths. Walk in shower and cute vintage sink. The vintage record player does work! There is a small patio and sitting area in the back for your enjoyment. If traveling with a pet you are welcome to use the Buffalo Haus yard - use the provided doggy bags for clean up. ***Please note the grill and firepit are for Buffalo Haus guests only. We live about 5 minutes away should you need anything! Quiet neighborhood a 1/2 block from our quaint Main Street! There’s plenty of parking! You’re close enough to downtown to enjoy the amenities but far enough away it’s quiet. We have Uber and a taxi service in Hays. We also have Bird scooters! Download the app to ride around town! Pets are $30 per pet, per night. Max 3 pets. Please inquire about your pet before booking.
