Family friendly apartment complex close to amenities and sea.

This is a low rise complex surrounding two swimming pools which are both accessed directly from the apartment. The apartment is directly opposite the children's pool. The accommodation is on the first floor accessed by stairs. It also includes a rooftop solarium which contains sun lounger’s and a barbecue. It has off-road parking and a small area at the side of the apartment for relaxing. The apartment itself contains a lounge/diner, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The lounge contains a smart TV, DVD player, a three seater sofa bed, a two seater sofa and coffee table. The dining area contains an extendable table which can seat six. In the double bedroom there is a double bed, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The single bedroom contains bunk beds and a further pull out bed. It has a stand up fan for safety. The kitchen contains washing machine, oven, hob, sink, fridge, iron, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. An efficient air-con unit in the lounge cools all the rooms. Bolneuvo: Bolneuvo is a small seaside village with very good amenities. It has several good restaurants and bars as well as a well stocked supermarket. The apartment is less than five minutes walk from the village from where buses run approximately hourly to the nearby Puerto de Mazarron which is realistically walkable at 4km. Buses to Murcia and Cartagena also leave from here. Although Bolneuvo is not a typical package tourist destination it possesses both tranquillity and also a more lively time in the Summer months. As well as a wide sandy beach, there are also smaller coves a short distance up the coast which again is walkable. There is a dog-friendly beach nearby. Puerto de Mazarron: Puerto de Mazarron is a working port with several sandy beaches. There are many bars and restaurants where you can eat outside close to the sea. It has many different shops as well as a daily fish market and a lively Sunday market. There is a good information centre with very helpful staff who can advise on most aspects. We, the owners, are very happy to help and advise also. Local amenities: Swimming, fishing, walking and cycling. There is a beautiful 18 hole golf course at La Manga (40 minutes away) and a 9 hole golf course at Camposol (15 minutes away).
