Charming Coastal Maine Cottage
This Charming Maine cottage is nestled between the Damariscotta river and Jones cove in the quaint village of South Bristol. It is minutes away from the Town of Damariscotta, Pemaquid Beach, the Pemaquid lighthouse and many other fun and relaxing activities like: kayaking, golfing, fishing, hiking, a relaxing bicycle ride, or simply laying on the hammock while enjoying the sounds of nature and the ocean breeze. Of course there's plenty of lobster or "Lobstah" close by too. Enjoy!! You'll have access to the whole house, which includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry room, a sunroom, a deck with grill, and backyard. You'll also be able to relax on the hammock in the back yard, or roast marshmallows on the firepit. * note: The stairs to the bedrooms on the second floor are slightly steeper than average (this is typical of older homes). This is a quaint place with neighbors close by. Please be respectful to the neighbors. Parties and load noises are not allowed, especially at night and early morning. South Bristol is a fishing and resort area, South Bristol includes the villages of Walpole and Christmas Cove, the latter at Rutherford Island. The town has three nature preserves. Even though you can get around town using a bicycle, you'll need a car to explore the area. No public transportation here.
