We bought our grandparents' family home. This is the former presbytery of the charming village of Sainte-Alvère. We want to keep the atmosphere of the house, as we have always known it: JOYFUL, FAMILY, WELCOMING, SIMPLE and AUTHENTIC. In the heart of Périgord, you are at most 3/4 hour from major tourist sites: Lascaux, Marqueyssac gardens, Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Eyzies, Sarlat, Perigueux, Limeuil, Le Bugues. The space Outside: large garden (1 500m²), beautiful secure pool (4 x11 meters), trampoline, barbecue, option to eat under the wisteria The house, 250m², is divided into 3 trays: • ON the ground floor: living room (with library), dining room, toilet, kitchen and laundry room • 1st FLOOR: 5 Bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (one with bath) + 1 toilet - White room: 18 sqm, 2 adults, double bed - Orange room: 18 sqm, 2 adults, double bed - Small room: 10 sqm, 3 children, 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed - Tiled bedroom: 16 sqm, 3 adults (or children) 1 double bed (or 2 singles) + 1 single bed - Stone room: 10m², 2 adults, 1 double bed (or 2 singles) In total, 9 adults maximum and 3 children. 1 barrel bed, 1 umbrella bed and 1 high chair are your disposal. • AT the ATTIC: ATTIC game room area, suitable for performing shows! THE plus points OF the HOUSE: tennis, pumptrack and football court in the village, cool house in summer, Nintendo Wii and TV for rainy evenings in winter. The village of Sainte-Alvère: you will fall in love with this typical and dynamic village of Périgord. Two restaurants, two bakeries, a grocery store, a smoking bar, tennis, a petanque court, market every Monday (in winter the truffle market is recognized), a library, many hikes departures. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING BY FOOT FROM THE HOUSE. CLEANING and LINENS INCLUDED (Shower towel and linens – provide towels for the pool) Other things to note During winter, heating is extra fee.
