Le Presbytère – Perigord Family House (swimming pool)

We bought our grandparents' family home. It is the old rectory of the charming village of Sainte-Alvère. We want to keep the atmosphere of the house, as we have always known it: HAPPY, FAMILY, WELCOMING, SIMPLE and AUTHENTIC. In the heart of Périgord, you are at most 3/4 of an hour from the major tourist sites: Lascaux, the gardens of Marqueyssac, Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Eyzies, Sarlat, Perigueux, Limeuil, Le Bugues. The space Outside: large garden (1,500 m²), beautiful swimming pool (4 x 11 meters) secured, trampoline, barbecue, possibility to eat under the wisteria The house, 250 m², is divided into 3 levels: • On the ground floor: living room (with its library), dining room, toilet, kitchen and laundry room • ON THE 1ST FLOOR: 5 Bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub) + 1 toilet - White bedroom: 18 m², 2 adults, double bed - Orange bedroom: 18 m², 2 adults, double bed - Small bedroom: 10 m², 3 children, 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed - Plaid room: 16 m², 3 adults (or children) 1 double bed (or 2 single beds) + 1 single bed - Stone room: 10 m², 2 adults, 1 double bed (or 2 single beds) In all, 9 adults maximum and 3 children. 1 crib, 1 baby bed and 1 high chair are at your disposal. • IN THE ATTIC: Attic game room space, conducive to the realization of shows! THE HOUSE PLUS: tennis court, pumptrack petanque and football in the village, cool house in summer, Nintendo Wii and TV for rainy evenings in winter. The village of Sainte-Alvère: you will fall in love with this typical and dynamic village of Périgord. Two restaurants, two bakeries, a grocery store, a bar-tobacconist, a tennis court, a petanque court, market every Monday (in winter the truffle market is recognized), a library, and the start of many hikes. YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING ON FOOT FROM THE HOUSE. CLEANING AND LINEN INCLUDED (Bath towel and sheets – provide towels for the pool) Other things to note In winter, heating is extra.
