Guest space is upstairs and consists of a private bedroom and full bathroom. Bathroom is sometimes shared during busier times. Any questions feel free to ask me. There is a full bath upstairs by both guest bedrooms. If there is no other guest at the time you will have the bathroom to yourself. There is also a half bath down the stairs that I designate for guest use so there is never a wait for the bathroom! I have my own bathroom in my bedroom. Coffee area with a keurig, waters and snacks. Guest access Upstairs is the Airbnb space. When I am available I often invite guests downstairs. During your stay I will respect your privacy but you can text me anytime if you need something Other things to note I want to be the kind of host that will be there if you need anything but to also respect your privacy. I also like privacy. I will not be upstairs while you are a guest here, except to maybe refill waters or snacks, and naturally when I have a guest leave and I clean their room. I will be courteous and do this during the day when you are out. Upon arrival you will be given a access code so you can enter at the end of the day. One key thing with me is communication. I just ask that you be considerate and inform me of changes. I understand there are delays of planes,trains...traffic,but please message me if you will not be arriving as first discussed. I plan my day around making sure I am home to let a guest in at a certain time and it is frustrating to wait hours and not know what is going on. Changes are totally acceptable , just please communicate the changes.
