This family friendly lakefront home is close to so many activities at Lake of the Ozarks, near mile marker 22. In the heart of all the action, located on the main channel with amazing views and close to restaurants and shopping in Osage Beach. Bedrooms come with complete bedding, bath towels & kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Pack N Play & child booster high chair available. Driveway can accommodate approx. 6 standard cars for parking. Gas grill available for use. The space 3,000 sq ft home Main entry level: - loft area with tv, queen pull out sofa, desk - bunk room (twin/twin & twin/full/trundle) - half bath - master bedroom (king) with attached full bath. Lower lake level: -full kitchen - dining area - screen porch - bar with tv - living area with tv - game table (can be switched from pool to table tennis to extra dining space) - washer/dryer - bedroom (king) - bedroom (king) - full bath Deck with gas grill. 2 boat slips (no lifts) at the dock are available for your use. We are located on the main channel and water can be choppy (see notes in other details section). Garage is for owner storage and is not included with rental. Parties are strictly prohibited. General quiet hours of 9pm-7am. Due to cleaning crew schedules, We are not able to accommodate early checkins or late check outs. Guest access House, yard and dock are for your use during your stay! Two locked supply closets and Garage will not be accessible. Other things to note A starter amount of supplies will be provided for your arrival but please bring extra to ensure you have enough for your stay. Provided will be 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 kitchen garbage bags. If bringing a boat to dock, please note that during the summer months, especially weekends, the water is very choppy on the main channel. We suggest bringing plenty of buoys to keep your boat from rubbing on the dock. Please make sure your boat is fully secured, it’s recommended to use a rough water, four point tie down method (do not rely on cleats). 2 dock wells are available (no lifts), sizes are 11’x26’ & 11’x32’.
