Located in the heart of Shasta Lake City, this unique 2 bedroom 2 bathroom family-friendly home will lift your spirits. Close to many local restaurants, grocery stores, and the community's favorite coffee house. Home is 1.5 miles off the I-5, less than 5 miles to Shasta Dam and easy access to Lake Shasta. The space Furnishings and decor are warm and welcoming with historic photographs that will take you back to the local area's beginnings, and tell the story of dedication and sacrifice of those who came before us. The Master suite has a King bed and private en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom includes two twin beds, and a queen air mattress is available for use as well. Our goal is to provide our guests with an inviting, clean, and comfortable space, creating a stay that is as relaxing as possible. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and a fully fenced backyard with a picnic table and room for your furry members of the family who may be traveling with you. There is a $15 pet fee. Washer and dryer only available for greater than two night stays. Other things to note Parking - This house shares the parking lot with another unit on the same property. Please park in front of grass area facing the front porch/door. Plenty of room to park a truck & trailer. For guests staying longer than 2 nights, washer and dryer available upon request.
