Private wooded lot near Grant Lake. Sleeps six with option of 8 with owner permission. Large family room for entertaining. Outside patio and deck. Kitchen stocked with everything necessary to cook. Seven miles from downtown Bemidji. Outdoor patio with a grill. There is a large shop attached used to store construction equipment that will be locked to the VRBO and though we will attempt to not require anything from the shop during your stay, if there is something needed, we will certainly give you a heads up at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.
