The modern, well equipped kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, eye level fitted cupboards and extractor fan. The washing machine is housed in the utility room. The master bedroom has en-suite bath/shower room and one pretty twin bedroom has adjacent full bath/shower room. Stairs lead from the hall up to two further twin bedrooms sharing one full bath/shower room. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. The large swimming pool is at the rear of the house, surrounded by furnished sun terraces, lawns and well kept gardens with a vineyard, orange and clementine trees.
