The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches. The space Stylishly furnished 2-room apartment with about 60 m² in the basement for 4 people. Modern, bright and comfortably furnished. Close to the beach (about 10 min. walk) in the state-recognized resort of Klausdorf (near Stralsund). The spacious living room has a large sofa (with a comfortable sleeping function), TV and an (extendable) dining table for 4 people. From the apartment there is direct access to the furnished terrace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. In the bathroom (with daylight) there is a shower, toilet, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) as well as a desk and wardrobe. There is a wardrobe in the hallway in the entrance area. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. Parking is available on the premises during the stay. Guest access The entire apartment including terrace is available for exclusive use. Other things to note Please note! There is a large (UNFENCED) pond on the property, so toddlers should be supervised at all times!
