Upon reservation, guests agree to follow house rules and accept that breaking these rules may incur a penalty. Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that is not toilet paper. Please note that power failures increase in frequency during the summer months and property owners have no responsibility.
