Introducing: FAMILY FIESTA! Centrally located in West Sedona and close to *everything*. This lovely home is tucked away on a hidden cul de sac and provides everything you need for the entire family of any age! Toddlers, teens, pets or just the adults! Pet friendly, kid safe, and near a fabulous splash and dog park, this home is the perfect destination for your Sedona adventure. Come home at night to soak in the hot tub, or enjoy some Nintendo gaming--there's something here for everyone! The space Front/entry room provides a fun TV/Nintendo area where the kids can hang out and play. Hallway leads to the main living area, with fully functional and comfy living room/dining room/kitchen and access to large covered deck with BBQ plus back yard. Large fenced yard, great for pets (AND it features a hot tub!) Stairs lead up to the three bedrooms--Queen, Twin beds, and Master Bedroom. Then, for the little ones 1-5: off the Master Bedroom is a loft playroom we like to call Narnia, a secret passage way through the closet to a play loft! All in all, this is the perfect place to bring family or friends and feel right at home as you enjoy everything Sedona has to offer! Guest access Entire home. Some of our personal items are tucked away in the garage. Other things to note Once you get here, you'll find a helpful three-ring-binder packed with recommendations for places to hike, bike, eat and shop.
