All bathrooms are located on the main level, with bedrooms split between the main floor and upper level/loft. Access to the loft via a spiral staircase. Pet policy: While we do not allow guest pets, this is our part-time residence and we have a dog. Guests with severe pet allergies should consider this before booking. Water access and boats: Deep water is available during the boating season. For safety and liability reasons, boats may not be docked overnight or left unattended at the property. Both piers are removed and stored on-site from mid-October through mid-May. Security: Outdoor security cameras are installed at the front and back of the property for everyone's safety.
