LOCATION: Just 1.5 blocks away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand (surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, volleyball, sun bathing). In addition, a small public bay beach is 3 short blocks away with an easy launch site for kayaks or paddle boards. Within 2 blocks, a playground for young children is a nice destination; Two blocks the other direction is the major grocery store and other conveniences.
