You are nearby restaurants, Prescott Park, Strawberry Banke, The Music Hall and so much more. The space The house offers plenty of character and natural light with 3 floors of living. The first floor is charming, with living room, dining, kitchen area, half bath and brand new family room with a large flat screen tv and a mudroom with access to a beautiful stone patio and backyard. The kitchen, new family room and mudroom have radiant heat. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and 1 bedroom, 2nd living room with flat screen tv with video gams and a full bath on the third floor. In addition, a nice front porch to have drinks. Guest access You have access to the entire house which includes an unfinished 2nd floor above the attached garage that has a ping pong table, foosball table, flat screen tv and sound system. The basement also has a washer/dryer. (Just a note that this is our main house and we only rent it when we are away on vacation. ) Other things to note We do have a living room area on the third floor where we are able to offer a queen blow-up mattress that rises off the floor.
