This is a private beachfront Rancho, featuring a small and large pool, kitchen, coconut trees, and hammocks to enjoy the view and relax, breeze and sound of the ocean from our two-level cabana. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing; the fresh local fish, simply unbeatable! Now with hot water showers, TV in master bedroom. A 4th bedroom can be available for an extra fee. Free Wi-Fi. Just bring your food and charcoal. Sleep comfortably in spacious bedrooms with A/C, and feel at home in the open concept living and dining areas which have A/C. Don’ forget your swimwear and be sure to relax in the beautiful well taken care pool with outdoor showers. Check-in 4pm and check-out 2pm. We highly recommend you buy bottled water from the grocery store to use for drinking and cooking during your stay. A 5 gallon bottle costs around $6.00. - Please be aware that the typical construction in El Salvador, especially at the beach is concrete and tile flooring which tends to be slippery, please dry your self when exiting the pool/beach and before entering the house to avoid any slip and fall. This property has security cameras at main entrance parking area and beach side. A 4th bedroom is available at extra charge.
