The space Sun House Retreats offers a newly updated, elegantly furnished, and clean accommodations that hosts up to six guests comfortably in our three private bedrooms. Upon entering the front foyer you are greeted by a 5 foot diameter mosaic sun centered on brick floor. Hanging sun art surrounds as you enter the front door of the house. Sun House Retreats offers a sparkling clean pool home with hot tub located minutes to Beaches, Gardens Mall, Golf, Stadium, Rapids Water Park, and conveniently located minutes from I-95, and a short 20 minute drive to the West Palm Beach Airport. Aloha... --- KITCHEN AND LOUNGE--- Sun House Retreats offers a large, newly updated, gourmet kitchen with an open floor plan. The kitchen has new stylish elegant wood cabinets, all stainless steel appliances, wrap around granite counter tops, wrap around high top breakfast bar that seats 6; The large Kitchen is great for entertaining or for preparing healthy organic food, fresh organic juice, and smoothie prep for your stay home retreat. The open concept floor plan gives you lots of space and flows nicely into the dining area and living room making this kitchen the true heart of the home. Our dining room table is high top table that seats six. While sitting at the dinner table you can watch TV or gaze outside to the pool area taking in the nature of the backyard if you choose. The living room offers 2 leather sectionals, modern retractable coffee table , and a large wall mounted 55 inch flat screen TV with roku and DVD player. The couches overlook the double sliders and the pool nature view of the backyard. You can get the nature feel inside the house if you choose. At Sun House Retreats want to cater to the health conscious traveler. We provide a fully equipped kitchen for all your healthy gourmet cooking, including Nutri-bullet blender for your organic smoothies and a Jack Lalaine juicer for your organic juice perpetration. We strive to make your trip a true health retreat. Additional services are available when requested on a limited availability, depending on scheduling, which include: Shopping for organic food, having your favorite foods, juicing fruits and veggies available in the fridge when u arrive. We can even provide private poolside yoga classes, Professional Massage Therapy, or Acupuncture Services at the house depending on scheduling availability upon advance request. Advanced request required and additional fees will apply and we will do our best to accommodate. --- BEDROOMS --- Our Master bedroom is a spacious suite with hard wood flooring, walk in closet, large windows, natural lighting, privacy black out curtains, and vaulted ceiling. The master suite is decorated with a Coastal Beachy theme and sleeps two. This plush suite features a custom King raw iron bed hand made by a local craftsman. The King mattress is a new, 13 inch Caspar Memory foam mattress, that is so comfortable and feels like you are sleeping on a cloud... To have even a better sleep there’s black/noise out curtains on all the windows. The master Suite includes a large walk in closet, full sized mirror, dresser, and a flat-screen TV for the days you just want to relax in bed. The Suite feature a private bathroom with a deep over sized soaking tub  to soak away all your worry's, aches, pains, and tension.  The back of the bathroom provides is an entry door that opens up to a pathway along the side of the house leading to the pool deck and backyard garden meditation area. This private entrance can be a secret get away for swimming, hot tubing, poolside yoga, or meditating in the early morning when you wake up without disturbing the other guests. You can even sway in the chair hammock and gaze into the peaceful nature that surrounds you. The second bedroom, has more of a tropical beach feel. The suite features a Queen Bed with a Sele Poster-Pedic pillow top mattress that is also very comfortable. The room has plenty of storage for cloths and personal belongings with a large double closet. The closets offer closet mate closet organizer with plenty of hanging space for cloths, additional storage in the drawers, shelves in closet, and two night stands at head of bed. The tropical beach themed room has 2 large windows that offer natural lighting and privacy black/noise out curtains which ever you desire. From this suite you can hear the faint tricking sound of the pool water just outside of the window which makes this room the perfect private place to retreat and relax. The Third  guest suite also decorated in the Coastal Beachy Theme, and offers two twin pillow top beds great for kids or for those two additional guests that desire separate sleeping arrangements. Their is a shared night stand with drawers at head of the beds and a moderate closet. This room also offers two large windows for natural lighting and black/noise out curtains for privacy, relaxing, and retreating which ever you prefer. Both the Queen and the twin suits share an updated bathroom. The beach themed guest bath includes large cabinet with drawers, marble sink top, large mirror and a lot of lighting both natural and above mirror. The guest  shower has a tub for soaking or showering which ever is your preference. This guest bath gives you the feel that you are one of our beautiful beaches, located just steps from the house, and makes getting started on your day a real breeze. --- BACKYARD NATURE RETREAT --- The true Gem of Sun House Retreats is the back yard Nature Sanctuary. As you  step out of the house into the backyard you are greeted by the relaxing sound of the water trickling into the pool. Along the edge of the pool deck is a separate BBQ grilling area with new stainless steel five burner propane grill for grilling and relaxing at home. Their is ample seating and outdoor dinning options which include two outdoor dining tables with sun shaded umbrellas and chair sets, bench seat, our "Chair Hammock" or our two lounge chairs for sitting and sunning at home.  We offer two large umbrellas that can be set up for sun relief if needed.  Off the back of the house on the pool deck is an outdoor shower.  We also have a hot tub that overlooks the fresh water canal, the Great Florida Birding Migration Trail, and large pine tree forest  of Frenchman's Preserve. It is common to share the quiet backyard with numerous wild birds for the birdwatcher. If you are quiet and observant you may spot turtles sunning on the bank of the canal, see a raccoon go strolling by, or even the rare sighting of one of the 3 wild river otters that have been known to swim by in the canal, but not to worry their are no alligators... It is a real treat to spot the river otters playing together as they swim along...  From the back yard you can sit in the hot tub and enjoy a relaxing evening while watching a colorful sunset from this relaxing tropical paradise. After the sun sets turn on the outdoor tropical mood lights along the palm trees and back of the house and light the Tiki torches along the waters edge that will make you feel like you are in a true tropical paradise. You will have the entire house to yourself and the hosts are only a short phone call away to answer any questions you may have. There is a electronic lock installed on the front door to allow for easy secure 24 hour access to the home. You will be provided with access code prior to your stay. The home also offers 24 hour video surveillance of the property for your convince safety and security during your stay.
