Renter will be entitled to use the resort’s amenities the same as if the Owner were using the unit (unless otherwise specified), and is expected to abide by all of the Resort’s policies while enjoying their stay. * Security deposit policy: For the benefit of guests, a refundable security deposit is neither collected at time of the Airbnb booking nor is a "hold" placed on the guest card at time of the Airbnb booking for the amount of the security deposit. Instead, the resort will collect a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in at the front desk should there be unforeseen damage or other non-coverable expenses during the guests' stay. The resort or Airbnb may also contact the guest(s) for restitution in the event of damages or other non-coverable expenses. * Guests will be assigned to their room/villa within the resort upon arrival. Images shown may differ from the actual floor/room/view/patio/balcony, but all villas are comparable and are decorated similarly.
