You don’t need to bring any beach items as everything from beach towels, beach chairs, shade tent, floats, and toys is provided in our private first floor closet for convenience to the locked beach access just steps away. RESERVED COVERED PARKING SPACE right by the lobby door and other guest parking available - Guest parking in non-numbered spaces is first-come, first-served. Guest access You have full use of the entire condo and shared use of the common building amenities such as pool, hot tub, lawn games area and pickleball/tennis courts with no additional charge. Quiet hours in building 10 pm - 8 am. This is a city ordinance as well. First come, first served for pickleball/tennis. Please be courteous to others in the building. Pickleball hours 9 am - sunset daily. This unit was NOT DAMAGED by the hurricanes. Pool/spa and elevators are fully functional. Other things to note YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN OUR WRITTEN RENTAL AGREEMENT. WE WILL REQUIRE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN ORDER TO SEND IT TO YOU. PET LIABILITY – If Renter brings, with permission, pets onto the property by paying a pet fee as determined from time to time by Owner, RENTER STILL MAINTAINS ALL LIABILITY FOR PET BEHAVIOR, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY TO OTHERS. PAYMENT OF A PET FEE DOES NOT TRANSFER LIABILITY OF ANY KIND TO OWNER AND IS MERELY FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF BRINGING THE PET. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR DISCLOSURE AND PAYMENT OF THE PET FEE. BRINGING A PET WITHOUT DISCLOSURE OR THE PET FEE IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE SHORT-TERM LEASE AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
