Enjoy this 3 BR home in quiet subdivision. Go for a walk around the neighborhood or take in a Notre Dame football game just a few miles away. Also about 45 minutes from Amish Country where you can take in the history, culture, and a piece of pie! Less than 10 miles from 80/90 toll road You will have private access to the main level of the house which includes the kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner at this point will be staying in the basement of the house and would be entering through the garage door and enters the main level as the door to the basement is right inside the main level and going right down to the basement. There is also a curtain hanging there for privacy. He would be gone most mornings/afternoons. If you need to have access to the laundry facilities, you may do so while he is gone. There is room to park in the driveway, but we ask guests to please park to the left side of the garage door so that the owner can get in and out as he needs to. There wouldn’t be much interaction with the owner but Someone is available by text or phone so if guests need something, please feel free to contact us. If you are booking on a Notre Dame weekend, we require a 2 night booking for that weekend.
